Salvation (ホーリーライズ, Hōrī Raizu, lit. "Holy Rise") is a technique in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep and Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. The attack consists of Ventus or Sora charging energy in a steady form, then swinging his Keyblade up. Columns of light continuously erupt from the ground around them, damaging any nearby enemies while simultaneously healing the caster.

Mechanics

Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep

In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Salvation is an Ultimate attack command that is exclusive to Ventus. It takes up two slots in the Command Deck, has a maximum level of 6, a normal reload time of 25 seconds, and fills the Command Gauge by 8%. Salvation also recovers a small amount of HP, which varies depending on the level of the Command.

Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance

In Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, Salvation is an Attack Command that is exclusive to Sora. It takes up two slots in the Command Deck, and has a reload time of 46 seconds. Salvation also recovers a small amount of HP.

• Ventus can obtain Salvation through Crown Stickers for 100 points.

Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance

• Sora can obtain Salvation from a chest in the Avenue to Dreams area in The World That Never Was.
• Sora can obtain Salvation from the Kab Kannon and Frootz Cat Dream Eaters for 250 Link Points each.
