Aqua using Payback Surge in the Radiant Garden
Payback Surge (リベンジブリッツ Ribenji Burittsu, lit. "Revenge Blitz") is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. It allows the user to counterattack by lunging forward cloaked in a barrier after being knocked back into the air by an enemy's attack. It is nearly identical to the Barrier Surge attack.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Payback Surge is a Reprisal command that has a maximum level of 4 and fills the Command Gauge by 30%. It can be used exclusively by Aqua.
Learning Payback Surge
Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep
- Aqua can obtain Payback Surge from a chest in the Cottage Clearing.
- Aqua can purchase Payback Surge from the Command Shop for 1400 munny once four worlds are cleared or the command has already been obtained elsewhere.
