...Or something to that effect. This is basically a forum base for fan-fiction and projects like the Keyblade War except smaller (or I guess you could do big stuff like that). I noticed recently that the fanon wiki isn't adequate for all cases. What if someone just wants to write about whatever they want in the KH series they can think of and let people comment? What it would be is forums with several subpages I you're worried about space. And for extra room, we don't have any uses left for the Keyblade War Forum and anything we post on the gummi garage can be posted at tWtnW. That'll make a lot of room, right? Comments?

IHm1Edc.png I think Twilight Town Library is enough for fan-fiction. Big competitions like Keyblade War get their own forum. Small competitions are just part of the wiki, like Namine's Draw-off, etc. Unless we have them hosted off-site (Twitter, Youtube, etc.) So I find this forum proposal sort of redundant to the Twilight Town Library... because they're sort of the exact same thing.

TerraCharm.pngTwilight Town Library is meant for KH-RELATED discussion (the games; I think we need to re-establish this), NOT fan fiction. I don't think it's best we corrupt editors with fan-fic writing here, as that crowds the Recent Changes unnecessarily with multiple edits to a single sub-page in userspace (just look at the FF Wiki). I suppose we could create a forum similar to the FF Wiki's Sanctuary of Zi'tah, but I don't think it's necessary.

eEB612q.png Well then, make the new forum. I don't care. EDIT: OH ALVAN, WE HAVE THE KH FANON WIKI, so this would REALLY be redundant.

I know that we have a fanon wiki, but I checked it out las night and I read stories on the KH fanon wiki are made-up stories by the writer and we don not allow continuations on the overall story in Kingdom Hearts. That's not word-for-word but it was something like that. Not to mention that the fanon wiki has several unorganized pages related to the characters of whatever story they came up with. If you're worried about recent changes, then have something at the top of the base that says, Please write as much as you can each time and refrane from making several minor edits as it would "clog" the recent changes or something to that effect.

OPXion4EverIcon.png Nay to fanon materials. Like Erry said, we have the perfect spot for such topics: the Fanon Wiki. You claim it isn't the best place for such a thing, but it is. I understand the fanon requires that once you create a KH story idea you go somewhat in-depth with it (character profiles, world profiles, etc.) just so they don't have twenty random pages about nothing. I understand a reason not to go that route. However, have you thought of using their blogs? The KH Fanon Wiki uses Wikia Blogs, meaning once you create an account there, you can create/use a blog, if you like. Your ideas could be posted on your own user blog, and others could view/comment without a major problem. Try that route and see if you like it.

Also, didn't you create an entire Wiki input KH fan fic over on kingdomhearts.wikia.com? But I digress, try the KH Fanon Wiki blogs or create your own Wiki for KH randomness.

TALK - Friendships are in direct contravention of mercenary conduct as delineated in your contracts, and on a personal note: I am very, very, disappointed with you.
Vsymbol.png There's also the KH Fanfic Wiki, the KH Canon-Fanon Wiki, etc. AlVan is right on one account: We at the fanon wiki don't really encourage continuation of actual canon. The reason is simple: There would be too many Sora articles. And Riku articles. And random world articles. We're just trying to keep things clean there. So, yeah. If your fanfics feature characters such as Sora and Riku and continue from actual canon, don't post them on the mainspace, please. Xion is right, though; you can use userblogs for fanfics. I encourage it, in fact.

All very good points but I must ask, have any of you guys thought about what we're gonna do with the Keyblade War forum? LA, when you say using your userspace, do you mean here or at one of the other wikis (many I did not know about). If it is here I think it's a great idea for people to start doing that, in fact, who has done that here already? Perhaps that could be our end of the year competition thing, you know, who's story is the best? What do you guys think?

READ WHAT IS WRITTEN ABOVE. READ WHAT WE HAVE TOLD YOU IN OTHER FORUMS. WE HAVE ANSWERED ALL OF YOUR QUESTIONS ALREADY. ALL. OF. THEM. BUT SINCE YOUR READING COMPREHENSION IS FACEPALMINGLY LOW, I WILL SPELL IT OUT FOR YOU.
IF YOU WANT YOUR FANFICTIONS, DO IT IN BLOGS ON THE FANON WIKI OR ANOTHER WIKI ENTIRELY. OR BETTER YET, GO TO THE WIKIA-WIKI AND PROPOSE A CHANGE THERE. BUT NOT THIS WIKI.
THE KEYBLADE WAR FORUM INDEX HAS ALREADY SERVED ITS PURPOSE. I PROPOSE IT IS LOCKED, SIMPLY TO PRESERVE RECORDS OF WHAT OCCURRED DURING THAT TIME. IF NOT, DELETE IT, IT SERVES NO PURPOSE.
PLEASE READ WHAT WE HAVE TO SAY BEFORE YOU POST REPLIES AND CREATE FORUMS. WE ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT WE'RE TALKING ABOUT, CONTRARY TO POPULAR BELIEF. CAPS IS FUN.

If it's still around, I'll gladly do a run in the Heartless Manufactory for this.

Oh god, not that again. If you guys didn't point out the HM thing, you might actually be able to avoid it...Either way, I'm not offended so you shouldn't have to do a round anyway. Plus you didn't directly call me anything. I think sometimes you guys get carried away in forums. Forums are a place to exchange ideas and other such things and it's nothing to get worked up over. Don't get mad at me for pulling the age card but I'm pretty sure I'm the youngest user on this wiki so you can't count on me to catch with people who have already graduated high school. I am not mad about your rant so don't worry about going through a round.

Vsymbol.png You're missing the point entirely.

So this means you're seven? Eight? The youngest user I know is nine. Either way, things are starting to make a ludicrous amount of sense.

I'm sorry. I read yours and Xions posts again and now I understand. I'm sorry I misread it the first time. P.S. There's a user here who's 9?! Who?! Oh, and I would delete that page I created but I don't know how/don't think I'm allowed to because I'm just a regular user and not on the staff.

OPXion4EverIcon.png Whoa, hot scissors. Seems the real point/question of this forum has been completed. Ergo, I see no reason to discuss who's # years old, and such. If you want to do that, take it to the IRC. Now for a mini-rant on user age and editing!

Your age does affect your editing. Just like how your height determines what roller coasters you can ride. This is a universal fact that everyone knows. Granted, a lot of users here are in the late middle school/high school and on years, meaning we can say/do a lot of things that are pretty crazy. However, don't you dare "play the age card" when you get in a tight spot/mess up, saying "I'm only eight! I can't compete with sixteen year olds!" That is the biggest bunch of jargon I've ever heard. You screwed up. So what? Just fix the problem, apologize (if necessary), ask questions (if needed, don't go hog-wild with redundant rewordings though, that's just annoying), and become a better editor! Don't be a baby and say you can't do something because you're younger than others, because you can. When an older editor corrects you and you don't understand why, [politely] ask them questions! Just know that once they've answered it that it's done. Don't spam the question multiple times because you were careless about re-reading the statements.

About the Keyblade War: I say lock it, if needed. I don't really want to delete it because it looks to me like an off-branch of the Mirage Arena. Plus, it's pretty cool to look back at (like with Namine's Drawoff). I say we treat it like Namine's Drawoff or something. Regardless of what we actually do with it (this should really be discussed on a different forum in the later future (not now), we'll have to wait until our image renovations are done. Why? Because half the images being redone are in the competition's pages.

Now, AlVan, you've been proposing a lot of fanon ideas. These are some interesting ideas, but they don't belong on this Wiki. If you want other users here to hear about your ideas, go to the IRC and ask them! Don't create ## of forums expressing such ideas which all get the same answer: "Take it somewhere off-Wiki." Same for the Twilight Town Library forums: don't spam all day long. It's not productive to the mainspace and might suggest you're a "Wiki Princess." Just take it easy there.

About the page you need deleted, AlVan, just tell an admin [myself, TNE, Kryten, Neumannz, ENX, NinjaSheik, DTN, ShardofTruth] OR mark it for deletion at the appropriate place.

Finally, about the Heartless Manufactoring thing: Meh, seems more of hassle for such a petty outburst. Forget it. Just make nice-nice.

Back to editing mainspace!
