| Obviously, we need to fill some empty spaces, especially due to the audit. Personally, I'd like to get us back up to having a full complement of active staff - fourteen (14), counting all but developer. So, two bureaucrats, eight admins, and four mods. This means we need to elect five new staff members, but also to promote at least two from administrator to bureaucrat.

| Based on past discussions, everybody seems to agree that administrators should have prior staff experience, so I think we can all agree to directly promote the current moderators to Administrator - I think we can all agree that they are, invariably, dedicated editors who should have been made admins long ago. With the two bureaucrats being promoted from administrators, this leaves:
