20px-Pin_000.png I noticed that the Twilight Town Library forum had Cloudofdarkness as the moderator. However, he is not active anymore. The question arises: Do we need a new moderator for the TTL?

What does a forum moderator do? Can you define the term? SeanWheeler 19:23, November 25, 2010 (UTC)

20px-Pin_000.png Actually, I have no idea what the moderator of that forum does, and I kind of question what's the point of having one.

OPXion4EverIcon.png The supposed "Twilight Town Library Forum Moderator" has been on that page for years; it was here when I first joined the wiki (a year and a few months ago), and I'll venture to guess it was there when the Wiki was first starting. The forum moderator, as I understand it, doesn't have any true power really. They aren't made a moderator/admin in the idea we have: holding election, changing user rights, etc. I believe this position was created in the beginning days of the Wiki to help keep out the starting admins/mods to focus on setting up basic codes/articles/other things for the new Wiki. Regardless of it's true reason or not, I don't believe we need a new moderator for the Twilight Town Library. Any disputes on that forum are handled by other users/staff. Furthermore, we don't have any other problems (normally) from the forum.
