The Grim Reaper is a boss from Kingdom Hearts II.
Posing as the second boss from Port Royal, the Grim Reaper was a Heartless that was summoned by the Nobody Luxord to acquire the treasure of Isla de Muerta. Sora and company battled it twice--once aboard the Black Pearl, and once at the docks of Port Royal. It was invincible as long as the treasure was out of its chest; when Sora used Magnet and brought the medallions into the chest, the Grim Reaper became vulnerable.
Despite its name, the Grim Reaper resembled a Mayan statue swinging a blade pendulum.
