Finish is a level 1 finish command. Terra, Ven, or Aqua can learn it. But, it's different on how each character uses it.

Terra- A 4 hit combo.

Ventus- A 5 hit combo.

Aqua- A spinning orb that deals lots of damage to nearby enemies.
