EXP Chance (EXPチャンス EXP Chansu ), also translated as Experience Boost in Kingdom Hearts II, is an ability found in Kingdom Hearts II and Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. It doubles the experience gained from defeating enemies when the character's HP is depleted. In Kingdom Hearts II, it only needs to be below 50%, while in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep it must be below 25% to activate.

- Sora gains this at level 9 (Dream Sword), level 7 (Dream Rod), and level 17 (Dream Shield).
- The Gullwing has Experience boost as its Equipment Ability.
Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep
- EXP Chance be attached to a Command by applying an Abounding Crystal during Command Meld.
