TALK - What I do, I do for friendship. — 22:54, March 9, 2010 (UTC) I understand it is against policy to create articles for the cast/crew behind Kingdom Hearts, but could we discuss adding one-paragraph sections to pages about them? Sorta like what we do for the Origin sections? If it's possible, we'd use the Main Article Template to link back to Wikipedia. If anything, the only two people I'd feel deserve their own articles would be Tetsuya Nomura and Yoko Shimomura. This is done on the Final Fantasy Wiki, so why not here?

That may not be a bad idea, as long as the paragraphs stay small. There should also be a guideline for what can be said in them, so we don't go too far into real life. If we're gonna make pages on Shimomura and Nomura, we can't just copypasta them from wikipedia. that would be stupid, and somebody tried to before, which got the page deleted. Good idea though.

Because we can't add any more information and insight than that article already contains. Anything we write would be essentially what is already there; the internet doesn't need yet another page on him that says pretty much the same thing as any other article in existance.

TALK - This light... it's so warm. — 23:39, March 9, 2010 (UTC) Basically a one-paragraph summary treated as a section like "Abilities" or "Personality" on a character's page, a short paragraph on both the Japanese and English va's, heading being "Voice Actors" and subheadings being "English" and "Japanese. We'd summarize VERY briefly an actor's early life and most famous roles both in and outside KH. Shimomura and Nomura should have their own articles written with the same categories as, but not exactly like, Wikipedia.

If we could agree on a non-redundant style, then we could spread this Wiki-wide.

I say Nay to Japanese VAs. nobody knows (or even cares, for that matter) who they are. There aren't that many Japanese users here, so it would be pointless to have them. We don't need the early life of any of the VAs either. Just what else they were in, and some interesting facts. Shimomura and Nomura can have their own articles, and maybe even Utada.

If we were to explain all aspects, there would already be parts on the VAs. Why don't we add the french actors in too? and the German ones? and the Italian ones? See what I mean? A line has to be drawn somewhere.

Well, I thought about it, and just adding the Japanese seems a bit redundant. What we should do is at least make a mention, so we can trace the series back to its origins. - EternalNothingnessXIII 00:55, March 10, 2010 (UTC)
