Okay, by now the Heartless template notice isn't really needed anymore, and I'm finishing up the ones that are left (except CoM, we need a CoM guy).
However, we have had a rash of non-SE images being uploaded, as well as user avatars. User avatars don't need to be uploaded to be used, and most of the non-SE images are just people wasting time on the user talk pages - either way, they're supposed to be hosted off-site.
Can we please replace the Heartless notice with something like:
"Please do not upload images not produced by Square Enix or Disney. Avatar images can be used without being uploaded, and fanart should be hosted on an external image server like photobucket, and remotely linked here. If you have any questions, please contact User:KrytenKoro"
or someone else, I don't know. I'll volunteer if no one wants all that traffic.
