The question on Mrs Potts and Chip

Okay, it's very hard to gauge on this one : we can't consider Mrs Potts and Chip "temporary residents", yet in the Camp, right outside the tent, there's a box (or was it a table ?) where some stuff can be seen. Among them is a teapot and a cup which bear an uncanny resemblance to Mrs Potts and Chip. Where do we place this bit of info, then, if not under Temporary Residents ?
