Stubs are short articles that usually are in need of expansion. When there's a stub, it usually means someone started an article because he or she thought we should have it or followed a red link, but he or she did not expand the article entirely. This is fine; articles do not have to be perfect on the first try. Whenever you see a stub, feel free to edit it as needed.
