Spirit (闘気, Tōki^?) is a material type available in Kingdom Hearts. Spirit materials contain the essence of fighting spirit.

Spirit Shard: Large Body (12%), Soldier (8%), White Mushroom (100%)^[1], Bambi (40%/60%)^[2]
Spirit Gem: Air Soldier (4%), White Mushroom (10%/40%)^[3], Bambi (30%)^[4]

Kingdom Hearts Final Mix introduced the Spirit Stone, dropped only by the Gigant Shadow.

^ The White Mushroom drops a Spirit Shard if an Aero spell is the last of three different spells cast on it.
^ At Neverland, Bambi drops a Spirit Shard 40% of the time the second time his gauge is filled, and 60% of the time the third time his gauge is filled.
^ The White Mushroom drops a Spirit Gem 10% of the time if an Aero spell is the last of three different spells cast on it, and 40% of the time if all three are an Aero spell.
^ At Neverland, Bambi drops a Spirit Gem 30% of the time the third time his gauge is filled.
