A dense crystal: the rarest of all dense materials

Dense (はざま Hazama?, lit. "In-Between") is one of the Item Synthesis types found in Kingdom Hearts II. It is one of two material types dropped only by Nobodies; the other is Twilight. In addition, it is one of eight types of materials that can be bought in the Moogle synthesis shop. In order to open this option, Sora must collect 30 Dense Shards, 25 Dense Stones, and 20 Dense Gems. The Dense materials are colored gray to identify them among other synthesis materials.

Dense materials are most notably used to create Save the Queen and Save the Queen+, Donald's ultimate weapons.
