I noticed that myself as well, maybe darkness is just a given attribute that they all share and they all have another element that they rule over. The idea of "nothingness" makes you wonder exactly what that is anyway, perhaps that is a form of darkness without exactly calling it darkness per sae. I was running over the Org XIII profiles, and noticed something odd.

Xemnas - Nothingness Xigbar - Space Xaldin - Wind Vexen - Ice Lexaeus - Earth Zexion - Illusion Saix - Moon Axel - Fire Demyx - Water Luxord - Time Marluxa - Flower Larxene - Thunder Roxas - Light Xion - ????

...Does anyone else find it odd that none of the members have Darkness as their element? Seems to me that would be a natural choice for someone. Maybe that's Xion's element, to juxtapose her as a female Keyblade user, to Roxas - Roxas' element is Light, his (maybe) counterpart Xion could be Darkness.

Just something I find odd.
