Executive Ring is an accessory that can be obtained in Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix+. Found late in the game, it provides the single largest boost to AP of any accessory in the game, offering 30 AP to the character it is equipped on. As a consequence, it offers no bonuses to Strength or Magic.
