Blizzard Arts are a type of Magic Arts in Kingdom Hearts. It serves as proof that the player is a master in Blizzard magic.
To obtain it, you must cast Blizzard on a White Mushroom 3 times, when it fans itself. You will get MP balls, an item, and a Blizzard Arts.
If you get all arts and show them to Merlin, you will obtain the Dream Shield. Unlike many other key items, the Blizzard Arts can be sold, but at a rather low price.
