Aerial Recovery is a support ability in Kingdom Hearts II. The main function of the ability helps Sora get his balance back after being knocked into the air by pressing the Circle button. The player learns this ability as Roxas after defeating the Dusk Nobodies in the Station of Serenity. It then gets transferred to Sora after Sora wakes up from his sleep. It costs 2 Ability Points.
Tip: if you have the second chance ability or once more, an enemy that throws you in the air and that starts rapidly hitting you in the air, do not use aerial recovery because the damage will only count if you are balanced or on the ground.
