Template:InfoCharacter Mufasa is Simbas father who was king of the Pride Lands. Mufasa taught Simba how past kings lived in the stars.
Death
Mufasa came to save Simba from being crushed by a stampede. Although he saved Simba, he had to climb a cliff to exit the gorge. When he gets to the top, he is tossed off the cliff by Scar. He then falls off the cliff and is crushed by the stampede.
Appearence
Kingdom Hearts II
