Snipers are Nobodies controlled by Xigbar. Snipers weild a crossbow and possess the same abilty as Xigbar to float and teleport. Snipers are found in the Land of Dragons (where they are used as a distraction by Xigbar) and The World that Never Was.
Attacks from Snipers can be deflected back to them by using the reaction command "Warp Snipe". This can be done 3 times in total, and will usually incapitate the Sniper.
