By defeating the Underdrome: "Titan Tournament" (LV:41) in Kingdom Hearts II, you obtain the Genji Shield. It is part of the Seven Lucky Lucky combo.
Etymology
It is named after the Genji equipment that appears in many Final Fantasy games, that are commonly dropped by the warrior Gilgamesh.
