Scan (ライブラ Raibura, lit. "Libra") is an ability introduced in Kingdom Hearts. It allows the user to view a targeted enemy's HP.
Mechanics[edit]
In Kingdom Hearts, Scan is a support ability that costs 1 AP to equip.
In Kingdom Hearts II, Scan is a support ability that costs 2 AP to equip.
In Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, Scan is an ability panel.
In Kingdom Hearts Re:coded, Scan is a Bonus Booster ability. Unlike other Bonus Booster abilities, Scan cannot be toggled off and on once activated. Libra, also known as Scan, is a recurring White Magic spell in the Final Fantasy series. It allows the caster to extract information from any target to check their maximum and current HP, discover their weaknesses, immunities, and stats.
