I think the big reason it was a disambig page was because someone had created the Rapunzel page and redirected it to ''Kingdom Hearts III'', something which shouldn't have been done in the first place. In order to avert what had already been done, Kryten turned it into a disambig. SilentHero and KrytenKoro, I just don't know why you argue and refute this information is invalid when obviously in the opening cutscene of the world their was audio of Young Rapunzel asking Gothel why she can't go outside, her curiosity on the lanterns and why she had remained at the tower for "years" (even if it was not physically stated in the game when compared to Gothel or even Anna and Elsa). It just doesn't make sense to just throw that under the bus.--[[Special:Contributions/73.77.161.206|73.77.161.206]] 18:48, 12 March 2019 (UTC)

::"Like I said in my edit summary, we need confirmation that it actually gets shown/told in the game. A lot of movie plot is left out of the game, and we should only cover what happens in the game, not in the movie." - Then again, who was the one that kidnapped Rapunzel and at the same time lying to her about the outside world? Besides I don't know why the article of Gothel ONLY has that when what I said previously she was the reason why she kidnapped Rapunzel, why Rapunzel has remained in the tower, why Gothel LIED to Rapunzel about the outside world being dangerous, and why Rapunzel was curious on the lanterns that show up on her birthday even before Sora and his friends visited the world itself. As I said before, there are few points that point out on Rapunzel why she's at the tower instead of "she's there at the tower because she's there", even if it isn't in the level as the other characters backstories like Anna and Elsa for Arendelle or Davy Jones in the Caribbean. Do whatever you or Kryten want but I'm sorry but it just seems discriminating and just want to throw it under the bus and keep it that way.--[[Special:Contributions/73.77.161.206|73.77.161.206]] 19:13, 12 March 2019 (UTC)
:::OK, listen. I'll explain it one more time. There's a lot of story from the movie that didn't make it in the game, yet people like to add that, but we shouldn't. The reason we hid that info is because we weren't sure if it showed up in the game or not. We're not "discriminating". If it does appear/gets referenced in the game, then fine, but if it's not, then it has to go. {{User:TheSilentHero/Sig}} 19:18, 12 March 2019 (UTC)

That was clever, Kryten. You had me giggling. TRSNX 23:47, 18 August 2015 (UTC)
- I think I know the reason, but I'm asking anyways: Why is this a disambiguation page? Nothing else in the series has been called "Rapunzel…" - Eternal Nothingness XIII 02:34, 19 August 2015 (UTC)
- As far as I can tell it was just Kryten being funny, then other people not quite grasping the breadth of the joke. Without the joke there is no reason for it to be a disambig.
- I know I made an executive decision in scrapping the whole thing, but the only legit options are a redirect or nothing. We haven't even seen Rapunzel yet, and there has been no more than two or three off-hand mentions of her. So which shall it be, peeps? --Neumannz, The Dark Falcon 03:30, 19 August 2015 (UTC)
- Scrap it.--NinjaSheik 03:33, 19 August 2015 (UTC)
- Agreed. We really shouldn't be doing things here just to for the sake of "being funny." - Eternal Nothingness XIII 03:49, 19 August 2015 (UTC)

- It...wasn't supposed to be a joke, in any way. A redirect is a full violation of our policies, but we don't have enough info for an article and I didn't think we wanted to deal with constant deletions of this article. I figured a disambig would allow us to have a placeholder that still followed policies."We're werewolves, not swearwolves." (KrytenKoro) 16:47, 19 August 2015 (UTC)
