Slingshot is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. It allows the user to fling enemies or objects.
Mechanics[edit]
In Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, Slingshot is the Reality Shift in Traverse Town. When used, the targeted enemy or object appears in a bubble which can be dragged around the touchscreen to move a targeting reticule. Upon release, the enemy or object is flung across the field to the targeted point, inflicting significant damage to the flung object and damaging any enemies or objects nearby.
In Kingdom Hearts Dream Drop Distance HD, the bubble can be aimed with , and released with .
The Reality Shift is also used to break obstacles such as stacks of packages and boxes in the Post Office and Fountain Plaza, hiding Treasure Chests behind them.
