11:56 is the time that is shown right? Add up those numbers. 6+5+1+1= 13. Coincidence? Or a way of referencing Org. XIII? I think both.

It's just a rough approximation I made when writing the design. There's no way to tell exactly what time it's pointing at because the clock face doesn't have specific minute markers. But that's a really interesting coincidence, I hadn't even noticed it.LapisLazuliScarab18:59, August 4, 2010 (UTC)
