Neumannz — Looks like I'm gonna have to jump...! TALK — I work alone! Except when I work with Xion...which is all the time. — 00:25, June 16, 2010 (UTC)   So, Square Enix was one of the developers that revealed projects at E3 for the upcoming Nintendo 3DS system. While I haven't seen any formal announcement -- closest being the screens on Nintendo's E3 webpage -- this seems more than just a nice little demo, especially since one of the screens appears to be of a cutscene. I don't expect a date or even a summary at this time, but has anyone seen anything formal about this seriously being a game?

Xemnas8 - You accept darkness, yet choose to live in the light. So why is it that you loathe us who teeter on the edge of nothing? We who were turned away by both light and dark - never given a choice? TALK - TaLk?!? What if its like CoM story wise. CoM joined KH and KHII together so KH3D probaly joines KHII and KHIII. Normura then has said he'll do more games before KHIII. He's only got two left, King Mickey's absence and Riku's absence and both were said about in the Director's Report XIII. The other two games he said needed to be made were Roxas' time in the Organisation, which is 358/2 Days and Xehanort's Past, which is Birth by Sleep. One last thing, coded is not mickey's story.

If this goes down badly, like Virtual Boy-level failure, then only KH3D will fail. The series as a whole won't collapse because of it. There were Mario and Wario games on the Virtual Boy, and they just faded into obscurity, while the franchise lived on.LapisLazuliScarab02:40, June 24, 2010 (UTC)

Why would the 3DS fail? It's keeping all the features that made the DS so successful, and, more than the whole 3-D addition, the 3DS getting improved graphics and an analog stick along with a few other new features should be enough to make this new handheld successful. If the 3-D thing really doesn't work for some people, they can turn it off and still enjoy the other improvements the 3DS has over the current DS. 3-D aside, a new KH game on a handheld with great graphics and a smoother control system seems like something to be excited about.03:34, June 24, 2010 (UTC)

I'm with 234-56...uh 17...3, what he said, the guy above me (our you a member of this wiki and if so, try to remember to log in before you edit or coment please, it makes it much easier for us, I've done it before). When Coded, Days, and BbS were first announced, that was when I began my quest through Gaia- I MEAN, my quest to obtain the systems that they would be on. So I saved up on munny and got my very own PSP (a 3000 no less) one year ago, so that was a summer 2009 spotlight for me, although all I had to play on it at the time were Sonic games, but still, I was in a Sonic craze (still am probably). Then, about a few months later, I managed to purchase a DSi (no easy task concidering that that was the year they recently came out) and although it wasn't the white one I was hoping for (just black or blue) I got a blue one anyway, but I had to wait untill the end of september to play it because my little brother's birthday was that same month and he had been bugging me to let the first game for it be a Kirby game (Kirby Craze, from Fanime Con '09 to well, now) so after about two weeks of him playing Kirby SuperStar Ultra (he had actually already goten like, 93% or something of it done by then end of the first week, and he was already getting bored) I finally got my hands on Days and was in awe of its awsomeness (pluss, I recently noticed that my DS is practicly the same color and shape as Sea-Salt Ice Cream, so either way, it was a win-win). Now Coded is ofcourse the pathetic story of how I got my second cell phone. I already knew that Coded was currently exclusive to a Japanese only flip style phone, but I knew an entirely new KH game couldn't be exclusive for ever, and our family was getting a new phone plan, so my bro and I managed to get the new and already charismatic of the modern age flip style phones. Although seeing Re:Coded, I do feel slightly stupid, but I already have a DS, so it's like KH2 and ReCoM for me! But the main point is that if it wasn't for the KH seiries branching out on to different platforms, I probably never would've gotten these neat systems as soon as I did, if not ever. So I am litteraly counting the days untill BbS (74 more to go!) and I will enjoy saving up enough money to get a 3DS when it comes out and then eventually enough to get KH 3D in the following year (presumably, if they distribute it quickly after E3 2011) and I probably will have that much time so I'm going to enjoy the thrill of the chase! And I hope everyone else does, too. I also hope that the "2012 scare" is just a houx and that we will be able to live long enough to experience KH3 (but just incase, hopefully it is released like at least 7 weeks before December 21)! Let me answer that 2012 part right now. Pardon the English, but it's complete bullshit. Really, it pisses me off that people buy it. The whole mechanic behind it is that the Mayan calendar ended with 2012 or someting right? Well this isn't the first time that has happened. When the Mayan calander ended, they just started over again from 0 like the we do with December. The Earth doesn't self destruct when December 31st ends right? I've never heard of the CDi before, what is it (I might actually regrett asking that won't I)? Also, I don't it's supposed to self destruct (that's just a Ren & Stimppy plot device), I believe the movie just had giant earthquakes that are somehow outdriveable, the like millionthe time New York getts flooded, volcanoes erupting simultainiously, yet another killer freeze, poision gass fumes, and pretty much every other dissaster movie element combined with the exception of exploding or being attacked by ailiens from the future with kryptonite and evil robots that want to become the dominant race and defeat all of the monsters from the old movies. Oh yeah, and Superman and Batman finally team up at the last second after the Watchmen disbanded and the Avengers and Justice League never showed up. What, I never saw the movie! Still, the point is that "2012" is most likely just another end of the world scare that will never come to be but will make it's mark in the world as the best plot device for any movie. But "IF" it ever did happen, that would be because the Heartless would steal the Earth's heart and that would also be the day that I would gain the Keyblade and go on my own KH adventure with Sora (that way I know that if "THE END" was likely to happen, then that would make my dream as equally likely to happen because of the whole appocolypse parradox thing where impossoble becomes possible, but it also reasures me that because the latter is less likely to happen, then the world's preemminent destruction is even less likely to happen!). That's just how I cope with this craze though, so don't don't take it as truth if you don't believe it, which I already know you don't. By the by, isn't this off topic? Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dreams, Darkness, and Destinty. My guess is that the story is really just a dream of soras, the dreams are caused by Roxas's memories seeping through to sora in the form of dreams but are also being mixed into his own dreams/memories.--75.165.249.186 16:13, June 26, 2010 (UTC)

J.Severe - If light and darkness are eternal, Square Enix and Disney should be too. TALK - The only Final Mix I actually want is Kingdom Hearts 3D Final Mix! There NEEDS to be a Final Mix for a game on a Nintendo console! Okay, from what we can infer, there's Sora and Riku on Destiny Islands/Traverse Town. That's all we know until Square Enix released more information. In the meantime, I'm just wondering what song it'll have (Simple and Clean, Sanctuary, new)...?

I, for one, would like to see those CG openings and endings (and secret ending), full voice acting for the in-game cutscenes... y'know, everything that Birth by Sleep has. Except in 3D. Oh yes, glorious 3D! I will surely make use of the new analog stick they put in...

If thats true it means one of two things.
1.Nomura likes the KH1 outfits better.
2.Nomura likes screwing with us.
3. Nomura REALLY likes screwing with us.

I'll go with you guys." - 07:42 No, they're not just wearing their old clothes, they just had their ages downgraded by one, they look like they're 14 and 15 again. I really hope Nomura was just using the KH models for testing, because I have seen kid Sora agazillion times and I'm sick of it, oh but this apparently might not be Sora, so whether it matters or not, I'm not sure One thing is for sure though, I definatly want to see some KH2 clothing in action. If Nomura doesn't give us that, he should at least give us a good explanation as to why this is going on (Dreams, Timetravel, Alternate Dimensions, De-ageinator?). Let's just hope that this makes more sence as time flows on.
