{{KrytenKoro|Personally, I think the form infobox should only include those that have an official name. (It's "Riku (Halloween Town)", by the way). All the costume stuff is generally story-only, and doesn't affect gameplay. Most of the time, it's rather minor story as well. Basically, using the definitions above seems to really muddy what "form" is supposed to be, and confuses it with "One-Winged Angel" syndrome, or simply changing clothes.
So:
*Sora: Drive Forms, Dolphin Form, Lion Form, Card/Die Form
*Donald: Octopus Form, Hornbill Form
*Goofy: Turtle Form, Tortoise Form
*Riku: Dark Mode
Besides Pete's lion form, most of what you listed for him is "separate" characters, sort of like Riku's Ansem-Riku. These should be covered on separate pages, but should not be listed as Forms.
The D-Report is not the Journal, it is Riku's analogue to it.
The Timeless, Space, Halloween, and Christmas costumes are barely mentionable. If we do give them a page, it should be considered "costumes", and should probably just be one page per character. While they are somewhat analogous to the Pride and Atlantica costume/forms, those also have gameplay separation, which is why they are considered "Forms", not costumes. (So, "Sora's costumes", including the four costumes with a see also to the Pride and Atlantica, and possibly the Drive Forms).
The Anti-Riku and Anti-Saix are more enemy replicants of the bosses, and not true "Forms" of the character.
The Organization and Apprentice costumes of Mickey, and the Organization costume of Riku, are simply aesthetic, and there's nothing really to say about them that wouldn't be the plot of that character at that point in time. Same with Jiminy's Journal.
The same would go with Ping, Cursed Captain Sparrow, Alien Stitch, Hooded Xehanort, and Final Xemnas.
For Ansem-Xehanort and Xemnas, I personally feel that those would work better on one page for each (since the guide considers all of the Xemnas ones Xemnas, and Ansem-Xehanort's aren't very different), but if they are kept separate, they should not be considered Forms.
As for the Sorcerer Mickey and Chaser Terra, Aqua, Ventus, those could be Forms, but we don't really know anything about them yet. They certainly should not have separate pages.}}

Forums: Index > The Realm of Sleep > Forms Covered
  • Sora = Retro, Lion, Halloween, Dolphin, Data, Drive Forms
  • Donald = Retro, Bird, Data, Halloween, Octopus
  • Goofy = Retro, Turtle, Data, Halloween, Sea Turtle
  • Pete = Lion, Retro, Captain Dark, Captain Justice
  • Riku = Dark, Ansem

Those are forms from KH with any relevance. However, when we cover forms, one would think we'd include the following, as they categorize as "forms", even though they are just changes in outfit :

  • Riku = Halloween, Anti
  • Mickey = BBS, Halloween, Organization, Sorcerer, Retro
  • Mulan = Ping
  • Jack Skell. = Santa
  • Jack Sparr. = Cursed
  • Stitch = Alien
  • Terra = Armored
  • Ven = Armored
  • Aqua = Armored
  • Xemnas = Armored, Dragon, Final
  • Xehanort's Heartless = Hooded, World of Chaos
  • Jiminy Journal = Riku, Book, D-Report
  • Saix = Anti

KrytenKoro - Most bears were content to live their lives, mauling and eating one, maybe two humans at most. "Mass-murder," as the bears always said, "is for the sharks." But not Barry. Barry was different. He knew that one day, he would kill ALL of the humans. This is the inspiring, tear-jerking story of one bear and the dream he dared to dream.
TALK -
Personally, I think the form infobox should only include those that have an official name.

So:

  • Sora: Drive Forms, Dolphin Form, Lion Form, Card/Die Form
  • Donald: Octopus Form, Hornbill Form
  • Goofy: Turtle Form, Tortoise Form
  • Riku: Dark Mode

As for the Sorcerer Mickey and Chaser Terra, Aqua, Ventus, those could be Forms, but we don't really know anything about them yet. They certainly should not have separate pages.
