These are just some points I want to document here since I think there is no other place for it:

Never seen in any game

The KH Disney Castle logo we currently use is also used in the KH Ultimania, the KH Series Ultimania Alpha and other official guide books but not the KH Series Memorial Ultimania. It might be just some sort of stand-in. The removed logo from the first game shares a greater resemblance to the KHII variant, especially the font. The KHII Destiny Islands logo doesn't appear in any game but is still used by all Ultimanias, the End of Sea world symbol as well, the KH3D Mysterious Tower world symbol is only used in the KH3D Ultimania but not in the Memorial Ultimania, most likely because it looks like a Sleeping World.

Missing

Apart from the incomplete UX world symbols 358/2 Days features a different TWTNW world symbol where Kingdom Hearts is much smaller.
