I'll make the final tile once the site is back... some of them don't seem right, I'll see if Photobucket messed them up.

On a side note, we are linking to GrandPyromania, but he is not linking to us on his channel, Twitter, Facebook page, or Google+ page. So, should we contact him and ask him to link, or should we unaffiliate with him? KRCCFNF is tired of being STEPPED ON. 18:24, 23 August 2011 (UTC)

For one, there aren't many active administrators and bureaucrats. Second, the wiki as a whole isn't that active, with edits rather few and far between. With these things in mind, should I still send a request over to them?

So, are we affiliated with the TWEWY wiki or not? The discussion over there was quite positive if I'm not mistaken. --ShardofTruth 12:24, 24 May 2012 (UTC)

Spyro Wiki Update

ZACH and I have returned to Wikia. Is it okay if you send the link to the old site please? I doubt the ShoutWiki site will ever be active again.

Ratchetpedia

It's kinda dead now, and unlikely to see some activity soon, and I'm actually starting to regret ever creating it. Also, apparently the Spyro Wiki has dropped affiliation with this wiki, based on it's link with it's own affiliations, and only seems to recognize The Keyhole. I recommend dropping affiliation with it too.

Are you saying you want to officially withdraw Ratchetpedia's affiliation request? As for Spyro Wiki, they might not be aware that we split. I'll talk to them and see what they want to do. They were aware of the split, since I was a leading admin at the time, but following my "exile", they chose to link to The Keyhole instead. If they won't link to us, then it's better to not link to them. UxieLover1994 08:41, 15 June 2014 (UTC)

Alrighty, just checked in with the Spyro Wikia. Our affiliation with them is still in tact. I've asked if they need an image/specific link from us for their affiliates page. Also, unless I'm looking at the wrong page, I did not see anything about The Keyhole an affiliate with the Spyro Wikia...least not on their affiliates page. Xion4ever 20:42, 15 June 2014 (UTC)

Strange. The last time I was there, the link was directed to The Keyhole, even though I did link here before I left. You might want to test the link first, and if they still want to affiliate with us, they should change the link. If they refuse, well... UxieLover1994 21:39, 15 June 2014 (UTC)

Maybe I wasn't clear...There is no Keyhole or KHWiki.com link anywhere on the affiliates page. There is nothing about Kingdom Hearts over there. And yes, they still want to affiliate with us. They were under the impression that the affiliation was still in-tact. Xion4ever 22:59, 15 June 2014 (UTC)

Okay, I'll inform the requester about the decision tomorrow. I don't know how to, you know, do the boxes and add a logo for the site, so someone else needs to that. I'm going to turn in for the night, but I want to ask something else. Looking back at our Affiliates article, I see that the Disney Wiki is still on hold. Affiliating with Podcasts?

Just a suggestion, but since TNE recently mentioned an podcast interview with Vexen's voice actor on the Kingdom Hearts World Podcast, I've been thinking that maybe we can affiliate with some? Since Final Fantasy Type-0 HD came out, I've been visiting the Final Fantasy Union's website to listen to interviews and they have a sister podcast for Kingdom Hearts. And if you listen to some of their recent interviews, they seem to be working with Square Enix in order to conduct their interviews, too. The FFWiki use the interviews from there for their characters' development sections. Again, it's only a suggestion, but I think it could be beneficial for us to affiliate with them. :)--NinjaSheik 04:08, 11 July 2015 (UTC)

Yeah, I have no problem with that. For some of the interviews, I submitted questions. XD Not all of them were chosen, but when they were, it made me happy. Sice's VA said she liked my username. ^ /// ^ Anyway, podcasts sites also acts as news site, too. So, it's no different from affiliating with sites like KHInsider. Besides, their connections with SE might come in handy (e.g. citing VAs and expanding the development sections). I'll only contact them if the rest of the wiki agrees. We are a community, after all. Regarding Kingdom Hearts World Podcast, should affiliate with them. I took a look at their website. Seems pretty barren, but I think it's because they recently switched severs. They seem have to done interviews with Vexen's VA and Zexion's VA so far, though.--NinjaSheik 22:08, 11 July 2015 (UTC)

Clean up!

Hey, so I've noticed a couple of our affiliates don't link to us and some are no longer even in existence. I've been thinking that we should go through them and see who still links, who still wants to affiliate with us, and take down whoever doesn't want to anymore. What do you guys think? Also, do we know what happened about the proposed affiliate above? EDIT: These sites no longer link to us or exist: Spyro Wiki; Enix Origin (page is now down); KHPlanet (the affiliates page is now missing); Thelightningspirit78; Hardyt3kyoyo; KeybladeSpyMaster 18:57, 27 July 2017 (UTC)

Agreed. As for the affilation with Final Fantasy Union, I never approached them with an affiliation request since I was waiting more users to voice their opinions and get the OK. I still think it'd cool to affiliate with them, and they're still active, too.--NinjaSheik 19:29, 27 July 2017 (UTC)

Seeing a lack of activity from the wiki at large, I'm going to go ahead and assume this is about all the response I'm going to get. If there aren't any objections, I'm going to go ahead and contact these sites/channels and see if they still want to affiliate with us, and if not, I'll take the links down. Alright, update: I've contacted both Spyro Wiki and KHPlanet. Nothing changed at Spyro Wiki since the last time we asked (I think Xion asked a couple years ago). They still want to be affiliated, just like they said last time. But they didn't put a link at all after last time. I kind of want to give them until the end of the week or something to see if anything changes. If not, I say we remove them; they don't seem to want to link with us even though they say we're affiliated. As for KHPlanet, just confirmed this afternoon that they're affiliate page is down, a result of recent website updates, so they're still good. The webmaster told me he'd try and have the affiliates page back up this week. The two YouTube channels, I had a question. We're actually linked in all their Kingdom Hearts-related videos, but not on the actual channels. Do you guys fell that's enough? I kinda feel like it's fine just like that; wouldn't expect a channel that does all kinds of video game walkthroughs to link us on their actual channel. KeybladeSpyMaster 22:14, 30 August 2017 (UTC)

I agree on the matter with the Spyro Wiki. It's pretty weird for us to be affiliated them with them if they don't link back to the KHWiki. As for the YT channels, I feel like it's fine as it is. We're affiliated with them for their KH-related videos, and having a direct link to their playlist is better for viewers than scrolling through their entire YT channels looking for the KH videos.--NinjaSheik 22:05, 31 August 2017 (UTC)
