Well, if it says she has a boss fight, Tetsuya Nomura talked about her battle style, and there are 3 story lines, what more proof do you need? Besides, Larxene is going to be the first playable female.

Actually, both Larxene and Xion are playable. Thing is, you have to unlock Xion and Larxene is immediately playable. Either way, both of them are the first playable females.

Battle Scenes?

In the article it says that there are battle scenes of Aqua in the forest of Snow White's world. Is that true? If so could someone show me? -xNaminéx

Axel, well he died but if his heartless died as well and his heart was set free, in theory, he would come back to life as Lea once again. Namine, same case with Xion. Aqua, shes in the dark meridian with Ansem, who IS in the dark meridian as well (ansem the wise had that same beard and voice, it is ansem :P), so i guess he has to travel there to find them and save them. TALK - Boy oh by... the price of freedom is steep. So far as I can tell the relationship between Aqua and Kairi is just that Aqua touched her necklace which glowed with what I assume was her light. There is no signal that Aqua and Kairi hearts are connected(that I know of). Ummm like said Riku is just Terra's successor... Yeah Xion was in the Secret Ending of BBS. I'm pretty sure that all those characters shown are somehow going to be brought back(except for maybe Xion which is ironic but the existence of both her and Roxas would be a problem) which includes not just Aqua and Ven but Terra, Axel, Roxas(to some degree), Namine.....Xehanort....Maybe some Org. characters....being brought back by Sora....that will make it a pretty long game....

First off, it's 12 years later (KHII occurs 11 years after BBS, and the secret ending of BBS occurs a year after KHII ended). Second, it's probably due to her being in the Realm of Darkness, it seems to affect people differently (like Riku's mega growth spurt compared to Sora's growth between CoM and KHII). It's also possible that as a young adult, she wouldn't change much physically anyway, having finished growing. Adam 148 18:04, January 23, 2010 (UTC)

What I Don't Get

Okay if Aqua is a master shouldn't her page say master Aqua like Masters Xehanort and Eraqus. Or if you'd rather not it would make more sense to drop the whole master title in each of the names of the masters and go with Aqua Eraqus and Xehanort. Also suggesting that Master Xehanort should be merged with Xehanort's page as technically they're the same peopple but with different bodies. (Leviathan657 22:22, January 22, 2010 (UTC))

Master Xehanort's page has the "Master" in it to differentiate him from the current Xehanort. There is no one else named "Aqua" in the series (really Eraqus' page should just be "Eraqus"; I have no idea why we kept the "Master" part). And we are not merging the two Xehanort's because the Xehanort we know is a combination of MX's heart and Terra's body, thus technically a different character. This has been discussed several times on his and MX's pages. EDIT:We also primarily go by the names given to character in the journals, so name changes occur to match the most recent [English] journal.

Aqua's back decensored

Hmm... You'r right. What I don't get is, why is Aqua's back uncensored in the Dwarf Woodlands cutscene, but censored in the fight with the Magic Mirror? I hope they do decide to uncensor it, anyway... I was never fond of that bit that is there in the Japanese version.

Does it have to be so obvious ? If Leonard Nimoy is Master Xehanort, then the sequence is Terra --> Aqua --> Ventus --> MX --> Eraqus. And besides, since that's the main cast of BBS, then if Willa Holland is the only female character to have been mentioned, then it can't be any other female character. It's only Aqua. @"Aerith Zack" but you have to take into account that Kingdom Hearts are Disney games, ones developed by SE. the Disney movies in the KH series originated in America. so it wouldn't make sense to not dub the KH games. it would completely destroy the nostalgic feeling Disney fans would get. i mean, when you play the level Agrabah, which voice would you prefer to hear? the English VA he had when you first watched the movie as a child, or some completely strange new voice in a language you cant understand? if they didnt dub the KH game it would ruin the experience of those who play KH for the Disney Factor. Ummm @Ixbran I understand that very well. Maybe you should read and understand before you comment. I put that KH is one of the few dubbed thing that actually has good english voice acting just in case you didn't read that. And I also put that I feel Aqua's english voice actor's voice is too deep for her not that all of the voice acting in KH is horrible. Like I said maybe you should read and understand first. Oh and just in case you haven't realized this either. Disney movies are dubbed in other languages. People who can't speak english in a different country will have a dubbed movie and sometimes never know that it has voice acting in other places in different languages. ...This is an old argument, but I keep wanting to add my two pence to this... so here goes. What Aerith Zack wanted was not for the entire English dub to be scrapped, but just for Willa Holland to pitch her voice up while she speaks, and... I don't see how this suddenly became the sentiment of 'I don't like one voice actor, even though I like the rest, so let's just get rid of the whole dub'. To be honest, this whole conversation became ridiculous and the argument pointless as soon as Aerith Zack made that jump.

As for dubbing Kingdom Hearts in English, let's reiterate and add onto Ixbran's points, since they make sense: the major franchise represented in Kingdom Hearts is Disney, a American company that traditionally makes English-language films. Its American fanbase speaks English. While 'the really eager' Kingdom Hearts fans will view the cutscenes early in Japanese on Youtube, the grand majority of the English-language fanbase (meaning, more than just the die-hards, but also the normal guys) want a Disney game to be voiced in English. Why? It's their language and, and cheesy as it sounds, it's also the native language of Disney. In Japan too, it also seems to be respected as 'the language of Disney'; after all, it's the English dubs that are used in the games' Final Mix versions, which are never released in America or Europe. I'm sure it was Nomura's intention for Aqua and Kairi to look be a like and can be hinted by their names but I think the graphics they used for the two don't make them as alike as they first looked. In game Aqua's face is much thiner. The resemblance in their hair is the side bang and then it stops. Aqua's hair is spiked downward in various directions while Kairi's just falls. I guess he couldn't resist spiking a main fighting character's(on the good side) hair.....but i think her hair is pretty cool. The whole age thing. Aqua is most probably the SAME age as Terra. Why? Because the scene showing Ven first being introduced to Aqua and Terra show clearly that Ven started his training about a year or maybe the same year as the events of BBS and also show that Aqua and Terra have been training for quite some time together. Also another proof is the Master Qualification Exam. It probably only seems that Terra is the oldest because of his height but the maturation and more adult attitudes of both him and Aqua suggest otherwise. Therefore Ven is definitely either only fourteen or fifteen but the ages of BOTH Aqua and Terra range from sixteen to eighteen and most likely the latter or so. The only problem. It's true she treats both guys with a brotherly relationship but I guess....well I forget when or where I heard it but I heard something about Nomura keeping space open for love relationships so their are 'possibilities' or something like that. And while he may have failed concerning Sora and Kairi he made quite a good attempt with these three. Aqua show a bit of affection for both guys. But I would think that she would more likely go for Terra because the age difference wouldn't be so drastic(depending on how old she really is. She still has a chance with Ven I THINK.....) but I'm pretty sure Terra has something against her for becoming a Master when he didn't.....still though they show a similar range of affection and understanding for each other and I think its hard for Terra to dislike Aqua because she likes him as a best friend and wouldn't harm him...But she does show a good deal of affection and worry for Ven...I haven't finished the game so we'll just have to see when I do...

Guys Aqua and Terra are both in their twenties most obvious.Ven is a teen.He is 14 its been confirmed.Aqua and Terra ages havent been confirmed.But there obviously in their twenties as they both appear older then a 16 year old Riku and by the time kh 2 takes place there in their tweenties.As Terra is Xeahnort and Xemnas and nietheir look like there 16 or 18.They are all just friends.They have a stronger bond she sees them both as just brothers.Nomunara already said he isnt doing any romantic relantionships in the series.{{SUBST:User:Lssj4/sig2}} 20:02, December 31, 2010 (UTC)

"In the remains of the Castle of Dreams, Aqua encounters an illusion of Terra. Realizing that the denizens of the world have not fallen to darkness, she resolves to press on. Arriving in the remains of Dwarf Woodlands, she encounters an illusion of Ventus and battles a phantom of herself inside the Magic Mirror. After breaking out of the Mirror, she pursues visions of Terra and Ventus in the remains of Enchanted Dominion, battling hordes of Darksides in the process. To her surprise, Terra speaks with her, explaining that he has become part of the darkness. Xehanort uses Terra's connections to Aqua to force her to reveal Ventus's location, but Terra battles Xehanort, forcing Xehanort to summon dark hands to drag Aqua further into the Realm of Darkness.

"Aqua prepares to become one with the Darkness, but she is rescued by King Mickey. After Mickey explains his mission to save the Realm of Light from the Heartless, the two locate the Kingdom Key D on the remains of Destiny Islands and prepare to help Sora and Riku seal the Door to Darkness. Blank Points in Relation to KHIII

So Blank Points is now built up to be essentially immediately before Kingdom Hearts III, when you first get to play as Riku, you arrive and find that Aqua and Ansem are gone, only during a later intermission is there a flashback showing Ansem coming for Ansem the Wise and creating Anti-Aqua. KH0.2 also supports this, as Blank Points is shown during the epilogue meant to lead directly into KHIII - suggesting that it takes place around the same time Sora goes to Olympus.
