Scan (ライブラ Raibura, lit. "Libra") is an ability introduced in Kingdom Hearts. It allows the user to view a targeted enemy's HP.

In Kingdom Hearts, Scan is a support ability that costs 1 AP to equip.
In Kingdom Hearts II, Scan is a support ability that costs 2 AP to equip.
In Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, Scan is an ability panel.
In Kingdom Hearts Re:coded, Scan is a Bonus Booster ability. Unlike other Bonus Booster abilities, Scan cannot be toggled off and on once activated. It is also used to detect the backdoors that lead to System Sectors. Scan can be leveled up from Scan Lv.1 to Scan Lv.2, Scan Lv.3 and Scan Lv.4.
