The Kingdom Hearts and Piano Collections Kingdom Hearts versions of "Hand in Hand" are Field Battle tracks in Kingdom Hearts Melody of Memory. The Field Battle stages are set in Traverse Town as it appears in Kingdom Hearts. The Kingdom Hearts version is unlocked by obtaining seven green stars in World Tour, while the Piano Collections version is unlocked through item synthesis.

The Co-op version of the Kingdom Hearts "Hand in Hand" Field Battle is unlocked by default.
