However, the tracks "[[Dearly Beloved]]", "[[Passion -KINGDOM Orchestra Instrumental Version-]]", "[[Showdown at Hollow Bastion]]", "{{c|Destiny Islands|track}}", "[[Dearly Beloved -Reprise-]]", "[[Sunset Horizons]]", and "[[Fate of the Unknown]]" are lifted directly from the ''[[Kingdom Hearts Original Soundtrack Complete]]'', as those songs already had full orchestration in the original release.
On February 8, 2023, the ''Kingdom Hearts HD 2.5 ReMIX Original Soundtrack'' was released worldwide alongside the ''Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 ReMIX Original Soundtrack'' on digital platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, and YouTube Music. It is nearly identical to the physical release, with only two alterations: "[[Passion -opening version-]]" and "[[Passion -after the battle-]]" were removed from the digital listing, and the ''Kingdom Hearts II'' version of "[[Dearly Beloved]]" was given a descriptive subtitle, now being written as "Dearly Beloved -KINGDOM HEARTS II Version-".
