Payback Blast is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. It allows the user to counterattack with a dark projectile after being knocked into the air by an enemy attack.

Mechanics[edit]

In Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, Payback Blast is a reprisal command exclusive to Riku that is triggered by pressing Y when the user is blown away by an attack. The projectile travels over a long distance, piercing through any targets and dealing dark-type damage. Payback Blast grants +1 to Strength and +1 to Defense when attached to a Dream Eater recipe.
