Auto-Counter (オートカウンター Ōto Kauntā ) is an ability introduced in Kingdom Hearts II. It allows the user to automatically counterattack enemies under certain conditions.
Mechanics[edit]
In Kingdom Hearts II, Auto-Counter is a Gummi Ability that costs 3 AP to equip and can be equipped one time. When receiving damage, it automatically fires all equipped Lock-On Gummies.
In Kingdom Hearts Re:coded, Auto-Counter is an Overclock ability that allows Data-Sora to automatically use Block-Counter or Command Counter if those abilities are active.
In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Auto-Counter is an ability that gives the user a 75% chance to automatically use a Reprisal command when knocked back, as long as the required command is equiped.

- Auto-Counter is available as a Gummi Ability after completing Splash Island LV1.
Kingdom Hearts Re:coded[edit]
- The Olympia γ and its upgrades have Auto-Counter as a level MAX Clock Ability.
- The Oblivion and its upgrades have Auto-Counter as a level MAX Clock Ability.
- The Metal Chocobo and its upgrades have Auto-Counter as a level MAX Clock Ability.
Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep[edit]
- Ventus's D-Link learns Auto-Counter after collecting 2 emblems.
