It increases the maximum amount of attacks in the air by 1, and allows such attacks as [[Kingdom Hearts II Abilities#Action|Aerial Spiral]] and [[Kingdom Hearts II Abilities#Action|Horizontal Slash]] to be executed in succession. Because the normal number of attacks in a combo (ground or aerial) is three, the ''Kingdom Hearts II'' Support Ability Air Combo Boost works well when used at the same time as Air Combo Plus. The reason for this is that since Air Combo Boost increases the damage of the finisher depending on the number of hits in the air combo, adding Air Combo Pluses will mean more hits in the combo, and therefore a more powerful finisher.
