A lightning crystal: the rarest of the lightning materials
Lightning (とどろく Todoroku, lit. "Thundering") is a material found in Kingdom Hearts II used in synthesis. Replacing the Thunder materials from Kingdom Hearts, the Lightning materials represent Thunder Magic. As with all other elemental and common materials, they are seen in four different forms: Shard, Stone, Gem, and Crystal. Because they are common, they can also be purchased from Moogles if enough are collected; 30 Shards, 25 Stones, or 20 Gems are the required amount for each type.
Lightning materials are assigned the color yellow to distinguish them from other synthesis materials.
