This isn't a place were you nominate any article and say "I want this one because I like it!" or "This article is cool because it has my favorite word in it!" Quality will prevail every time; a worthy article will be chosen every month. Just because five users on this end agree on one article, doesn't necessarily mean that article will become the Featured Article. </Unqualified article(s) nominated> | ||

Not sure about other staff members, but I don't necessarily see a problem with you guys posting your opinions on this. This is just a vote for proposed featured articles, afterall. A vote, not an ultimate, binding decision. Besides, staff members are in charge of actually choosing the featured article and making the changes (main page, archives, etc.).
