Rising Blast (ブラストアッパー Burasuto Appā , lit. "Blast Upper") is an ability in Kingdom Hearts III. It allows the user to knock enemies away and then blast them with a projectile.
Mechanics[edit]
In Kingdom Hearts III, Rising Blast is an action ability exclusive to the Magic Launcher and Hunny Launcher Formchanges. It is both forms' up-close combo finisher. Hunny Launcher's version can inflict a -2% slowdown honey status effect upon hitting the enemy.
