Heartbinders are special items that appear in Kingdom Hearts III. They allow Sora to summon certain allies to help him during his journey. They are obtained after significant story events or found in chests.
The Dream Heartbinder summons Meow Wow. The Pixel Heartbinder calls upon Wreck-It Ralph. The Pride Heartbinder evokes Simba, the 'Ohana Heartbinder Stitch and lastly, the Ocean Heartbinder summons Ariel.
Story
Kingdom Hearts III
At the Mysterious Tower, Yen Sid gives Sora the Dream Heartbinder. Yen Sid explains that the Heartbinder enhances Sora's natural gift for connecting with others.
At the Caribbean, Sora and company run into a chest containing the Ocean Heartbinder, protected by the Lightning Angler. Following the Lightning Angler's defeat, Sora obtains the Ocean Heartbinder.
Locations
- Dream Heartbinder: Given to by Yen Sid after returning to Mysterious Tower.
- Pixel Heartbinder: Reward from clearing Verum Rex for the first time.
- Pride Heartbinder: Received for putting out the fires at the Tank Yard.
- Ocean Heartbinder: Found in a chest at the Underwater Cave.
- 'Ohana Heartbinder: Reward for completing Flash Tracer for the first time.
