Icy Terror (恐怖に凍てつく吹雪 Kyōfu ni Kōtetsuku Fubuki , lit. "Blizzard Frozen with Terror")[1] is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II. It allows the user to unleash powerful ice crystals.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts, Icy Terror is a combat ability exclusive to Jack Skellington. It is a special attack that costs 2 AP to equip and little MP to use. When activated, the user fires ice crystals that spread outward in a shotgun-like effect, similar to standard Blizzard magic.
In Kingdom Hearts II, Icy Terror is an action ability exclusive to Jack Skellington. When activated, the user sends out a single, large ice crystal that homes in on targets and continuously damages them while carrying them into the air. It costs 2 AP to equip and 10 MP to use.
