Dopey (おとぼけ Otoboke) is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep. It allows the user to cast the Mini status effect on surrounding enemies.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Dopey is a Friendship command that takes up one slot in the Command Deck, has a reload time of 5 seconds, and fills the Command Gauge by 8%.
