Phantom Aqua is a character and a boss in Kingdom Hearts 0.2 Birth by Sleep -A fragmentary passage-. As her name implies, she is a phantom version of Aqua residing in the Realm of Darkness.
Story
When Aqua arrives in the remains of the Dwarf Woodlands, she encounters a mirror and the phantom grabs the latter inside. Eventually, Aqua encounters another mirror resembling the one that housed the Spirit of the Magic Mirror, only to encounter a phantom version of herself. The phantom claims that Aqua's heart is tainted and hollow, which Aqua denies before engaging in battle.

Abilities
As a copy of Aqua, Phantom Aqua wields a replica of the Master's Defender.
Phantom Aqua possesses the same, albeit twisted, abilities as the real Aqua. Phantom Aqua is capable of teleporting and creating doppelgängers of herself for attacks. She can also create gigantic crystals reminiscent of Blizzaga, which can home in on Aqua. Sometimes, Phantom Aqua can activate Spellweaver and can use its powers in tandem with her doppelgängers.
