Phantom Aqua is a character and a boss in Kingdom Hearts 0.2 Birth by Sleep -A fragmentary passage-. As her name implies, she is a phantom version of Aqua residing in the Realm of Darkness.
Story
When Aqua ends up in the remains of Dwarf Woodlands, she occasionally hears someone speaking in her own voice. Eventually, Aqua encounters a mirror resembling the one that housed the Spirit of the Magic Mirror, only to encounter a phantom version of herself. The phantom claims that Aqua's heart is tainted and hollow, which Aqua denies before engaging in battle.
As Aqua ventures further into the remains of Dwarf Woodlands, she encounters the phantom two more times before vanquishing the phantom for good.
