Counter Rush (リベンジラッシュ Ribenji Rasshu , lit. "Revenge Rush") is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep and Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. It allows the user to unleash a flurry of blows after a successful block.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep, Counter Rush is a Reprisal command exclusive to Ventus that must be installed under a Block-type defense command. It is triggered by pressing , in Japanese releases, when prompted after a successful block. It has a maximum level of 4 and fills the Command Gauge by 40%.
In Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, Counter Rush is a Reprisal command exclusive to Sora that must be installed under a Block-type defense command. It is triggered by pressing when prompted after a successful block. Counter Rush grants +1 to both Strength and Defense when attached to a Dream Eater recipe.
