Foreteller: Difference between revisions

The '''Foretellers''' comprise a mysterious group of [[Foreteller's Keyblade|Keyblade]] wielders that appears in ''[[Kingdom Hearts χ]]''.

Shortly after arriving in [[Daybreak Town]], [[Player (KHχ)|the player]] is attacked by a [[Darkside]]. The Foreteller of his or her chosen Union comes to the rescue alongside Chirithy. When the Darkside escapes in a [[Corridors of Darkness|corridor of darkness]], the Foreteller pursues it.  

After the player masters the power of the [[Keyblade]] with help from Chirithy and a [[Moogle]], the Foreteller reappears and reveals the necessity to defeat Heartless and collect [[Lux|the light]]. Before leaving once again, the Foreteller tells the player to be wary of those who hoard the light out of greed, for they are truly seekers of darkness.

Each Foreteller wears a mask representing the animal that serves as the emblem of his or her Union. Underneath is a hooded, embroidered cloak from which tassels hang around the front. The Foretellers wear shirts beneath their robes that are fastened by a sash and feature long, embroidered sleeves that extend slightly beyond their wrists.

{{nihongo|Foreteller Invi|予知者インヴィ|Yochisha Invi}}, leader of the Anguis Union, is a young woman who wears a blue snake mask and a light blue cloak over a darker blue shirt, robe, and sash. These all feature gold embroidering. Foreteller Invi's name is derived from the Latin word "{{w|Seven deadly sins#Envy|invidia}}."

These all feature dark grey embroidering. Foreteller Gula's tassels are light blue in coloration; his name is derived from the Latin word "{{w|Seven deadly sins#Gluttony|gula}}."
