Slide Roll (スライドロール Suraido Rōru) is a technique that appears in Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance. It allows the user to quickly roll far out of harm's way.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance, Slide Roll is a movement command exclusive to Sora that allows him to slide a short distance before executing a dodge roll. It is used by moving the circle pad and pressing 
while on the ground, though can be tapped without a direction if a Block-type command is not equipped. Slide Roll is equipped as a Dodge Roll-type command.
