Guard Break (ストライドブレイク Sutoraido Bureiku , lit. "Stride Break") is a technique introduced in Kingdom Hearts II. It allows the user to unleash a powerful finishing combo move while piercing through an enemy's guard.
Mechanics
In Kingdom Hearts II, Guard Break is an action ability exclusive to Sora that costs 3 AP to equip. It allows Sora to pierce a single target's guard with a short, powerful thrust, launching them into the air.

- Sora learns Guard Break after completing the Battle of the 1000 Heartless.
