:I think you're right about the master of masters, he is definitely up to something. He had six disciples (like Ansem), gave all of them a new name (something Xemnas did) and only five of them a tome of prophecy (there were Ansem's five original disciples and Xehanort, so maybe the Foretellers have a similar constellation). He wrote that book with the ability of his "eye that gazes into the future" (this may be very well the "Eye of Darkness" on every Foreteller's Keyblade) and probably held back the missing page the 2.8 FCP trailer mentions to impact the future in some way for good or worse. The Chirithy's are tools to him, apart from collecting light we don't know what they should accomplish yet though, as are the Foretellers.
:Ephemera on the other hand seems to be introduced to establish new concepts that will definitely be important in Kingdom Hearts III. His name means something that is not preserved or lasting, so I don't think he will have the grand role you envision for him. Instead he seems to be in a state of being called "Unchained" which allows him to communicate with the player through dreams from another dimension (here we go parallel worlds theory of Kingdom Hearts). According to Foreteller Ava this opened state allows him to ride the winds and fly, that's probably why she calls him Dandelion. --{{User:ShardofTruth/Sig}} 09:02, 2 October 2015 (UTC)
