The Rising Dragon is a staff that can be wielded by Donald Duck in Kingdom Hearts II.
Design
The Rising Dragon's handle is short and white with an orange pommel. The head of the staff is a large, yellow dragon head with black, angular spirals for eyes. The dragon's thin neck connects to the handle, and it coils around itself. Its neck is lined by dark blue spikes and it has two small, brown wings on either side of its upper neck. It has two brown horns on its head, and it seems to be clutching a sky blue sphere in its mouth.
